What was the highlight of DANDELION7
Convenient and value for money
Proximity to Seoul station, Lotte Outlet Mall and Lotte Mart. Nice view of Seoullo 7017. 2 convenience stores just downstairs (7 eleven and Ministop- both can refund T money card balance at the end of your trip). Loft unit offers privacy for family with teenage children. The host Catherine was helpful and communication through whatsapp was a breeze.
Had to be really very careful when you are at the loft level or else you will hit your head against the ceiling. There is a water sprinkler at the loft level which is rusty and sharp and you have to be very careful not to hit against it. The water pressure in the bathroom was not strong enough. If you bathe and someone uses the tap, the pressure will be halved.

Good location.
Location.
No clock . The host should check all the things inside the apartment before letting the guest in. In our case the big table fans blade was broken. No forks and dinner plates provided not enough.I had to informed the host. Ms Catherine was fast to respond to our needs.

Not safe for kids, pictures are misleading! VERY SMALL SPACE.
Location was very central, but it's known for protesters. So it's hard to get to the apartment on weekend afternoons. Has an elevator.
Space was so small. When I booked, it says it's for 6 adults, there's no way that space can accommodate 6 adults. We had 2 adults and 2 little kids ages an infant, was not enough space. The space is misleading with the photos as well. There's pictures of other units, this one is the smallest one! Definitely not recommend for families with little kids. Railing upstairs are way too far apart, my 200lbs husband can slide through between the railings. Not safe for kids. Bed sheets, pillows were questionable, not sure if it's the material or what, it did not feel clean.
